Shift and Schedule
- Flexible shifts available within Medical-Surgical (MS), Intensive Care Unit (ICU), and Intermediate Care (IMC) settings
- Full-time or part-time opportunities based on your preferences and unit needs

Requirements and Skills
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin or the ability to obtain it promptly
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Experience in Medical-Surgical, ICU, or IMC nursing settings preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication skills and compassionate patient care approach
- Flexibility and adaptability in a changing clinical environment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in Medical-Surgical, ICU, and/or Intermediate Care units
- Monitor patient condition, identify changes, and implement appropriate interventions promptly
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety
- Document patient care accurately and maintain thorough medical records
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated care
- Educate patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, and discharge instructions
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment adhering to hospital policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Active RN license in Wisconsin or eligibility to obtain one
- Minimum of 1 year clinical experience in MS, ICU, or IMC settings highly desirable
- Current BLS certification required; ACLS certification is a plus
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality, patient-centered care
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive hourly rate: $65.00 - $77.00
