Requirements and Skills
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Wisconsin.
- Strong commitment to delivering compassionate and patient-centered care.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare colleagues.
- Proficiency in performing basic nursing procedures and patient care tasks safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff promptly.
- Provide emotional support and promote patient dignity and comfort.
- Support patient mobility and assist with transferring and positioning as needed.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with facility standards.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a high standard of care is delivered consistently.
- Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Valid CNA certification and registration as required by the state of Wisconsin.
- Previous experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting preferred but not required.
- Ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism in all patient interactions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality care.
- Basic knowledge of healthcare ethics, patient privacy, and safety procedures.
Compensation: Hourly rate ranging from $31.00 to $37.00, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
