We are actively seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Long-Term Care (LTC) team through Quick2Hire staffing agency. Requirements and Skills

  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Wisconsin.
  • Strong commitment to delivering compassionate and patient-centered care.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare colleagues.
  • Proficiency in performing basic nursing procedures and patient care tasks safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff promptly.
  • Provide emotional support and promote patient dignity and comfort.
  • Support patient mobility and assist with transferring and positioning as needed.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with facility standards.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a high standard of care is delivered consistently.
  • Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications

  • Valid CNA certification and registration as required by the state of Wisconsin.
  • Previous experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting preferred but not required.
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism in all patient interactions.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality care.
  • Basic knowledge of healthcare ethics, patient privacy, and safety procedures.

Compensation: Hourly rate ranging from $31.00 to $37.00, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
