Join Our Team as a Radiology / Cardiology Professional in Santa Rosa, CA

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Radiology / Cardiology professional to join our team in the Mammo Tech unit. Shift & Schedule

  • Day shift, 5 days a week
  • 8-hour shifts: 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in radiology or cardiology
  • Patient ratio experience of 1:1
  • Proficient with charting systems (any)
  • Certification in ARRT R (Registered Radiologic Technologist)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Experience with the following mammography procedures:
    • 3-D Mammography
    • Diagnostic Mammograms
    • Fine Needle Aspiration
    • Needle Localizations
    • Screening Mammograms
    • Stereotactic Biopsy
  • Knowledge of isolation precautions and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings
  • No travel experience required

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced mammography procedures with precision and care in adherence to established protocols
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort during all diagnostic and screening procedures
  • Utilize appropriate isolation precautions and PPE to maintain a safe clinical environment
  • Document all procedures accurately and efficiently using charting systems
  • Collaborate closely with radiologists, cardiologists, and healthcare team members to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Operate and maintain specialized imaging equipment following safety standards
  • Provide patient education and support related to imaging procedures
  • Adapt to working in both inpatient and outpatient settings, maintaining professionalism and thoroughness in each environment

Qualifications

  • ARRT R certification and BLS certification are mandatory
  • Demonstrated ability to perform specialized mammography procedures accurately
  • Strong understanding of infection control standards including isolation precautions and PPE use
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support patient-centered care
  • Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate ranging from $62.00 to $74.00
