We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team as a Float RN within ambulatory clinic settings in Beaver Dam, WI. Shift & Schedule

Requirements & Skills
- Current and valid RN license in the state of Wisconsin
- Strong clinical assessment and nursing judgment skills
- Experience in ambulatory or outpatient care settings preferred
- Ability to adapt quickly to different clinical environments and workflows
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Flexibility to float between multiple clinics as assigned
- Professionalism with a patient-centered care approach
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in ambulatory clinic settings
- Perform patient assessments, administer medications and treatments following established protocols
- Coordinate care and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients and families regarding health conditions, treatments, and wellness strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care delivered
- Adapt nursing practices to meet the needs of diverse patient populations across various clinics
- Ensure patient safety and advocate for high-quality clinical standards
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse license in Wisconsin
- Completion of an accredited nursing program (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Minimum experience in ambulatory or outpatient nursing preferred, but flexible based on candidate expertise
- Valid BLS certification
- Strong critical thinking, clinical, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage changing clinical demands with professionalism and teamwork
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive hourly rate: $59.00 - $69.00 per hour
