Compensation Weekly Pay Package Component Weekly Amount Taxable Pay ($75/hr x 40 hrs)$3,000 Housing Stipend$1,500 Meals & Incidentals Stipend$462 Total Weekly Gross$4962 Additional Benefits $500 Travel Bonus upon assignment start Weekly Direct Deposit Medical Benefits Available Credentialing Assistance Dedicated Recruiter Support Assignment Details Location: Wagner, South Dakota Facility: Wagner Indian Health Service Specialty: Family Practice / Primary Care Setting: Outpatient Clinic Contract Length: 52 Weeks Schedule: 40 Hours Per Week Day Shift No Call No Overtime Requirement Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses Order and interpret diagnostic testing Prescribe medications and treatment plans Maintain timely and accurate EMR documentation Coordinate specialty referrals and follow-up care Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and ancillary departments Qualifications Active, unrestricted NP or PA license National Certification required Minimum 3 years of Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or General Medicine experience Current BLS Certification Active DEA Registration EHR experience preferred Ability to obtain IHS credentialing and security clearance Why Choose DT-TRAK Consulting?
