Position Details:
Position: Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Near Sanborn County, SD
Compensation: Earn up to $98,000/YR PLUS Benefits!
Start Date: ASAP or Within 2 Weeks of Offer
Schedule: Full-Time
Shift: 12-Hour Night Shift (6:30 PM -7:00 AM)
Contract Length: 14 Weeks to Start | Extension Potential Available
Setting: Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing
Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care and assessments to residents.
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to providers and interdisciplinary team members.
Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans.
Educate residents and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and ongoing healthcare needs.
Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation while maintaining compliance with facility and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Dakota or Compact Nursing License
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, Rehab, or Acute Care experience welcomed.
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
