Key Responsibilities

- Document treatments, patient responses, and progress accurately in medical records
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
- Educate patients and their families on exercises, safety, and wellness strategies
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Wisconsin
- Experience in inpatient rehabilitation settings preferred
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced and dynamic clinical environments
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive hourly rate between $65.00 and $77.00
